Evidence-Informed, Trauma-Aware Care
for Emotional and Physical Recovery

Specialized Care for the Fourth
Trimester & Beyond

During a critical time for both physical healing and emotional adjustment; postpartum women often experience significant physiological and psychological changes

Dance/movement therapy provides structured, clinically grounded support for postpartum recovery, attachment, and early relational development.

Through structured movement interventions, clients develop improved emotional regulation, body awareness, and resilience.
